ORGAN, HD Video, 2014

Organ documents the demolition of a fomer theatre in Hove in 2011. Visuals are accompanied by found audio of a restoration of a Compton theatre organ. 

*The Granada Theatre opened on 17th July 1933. The proscenium was 45 feet wide and the theatre was equipped with a Compton 2Manual/5Rank theatre organ which had an illuminated ‘cascade’ console.
